My Top 5 Favorite Travel Destinations

Even though the pandemic has caused major changes to travel, I am still optimistic about being able to take trips regularly again sooner rather than later! Before the mess that was 2020, I had the opportunity to visit over 25 countries. While it’s hard to choose a favorite, I narrowed it down to my top 5!

I couldn’t stop smiling during this trip! Loved looking out at the view of the water in Greece.

1. Mykonos and Santorini, Greece

Greece was an absolute dream! It looked just as beautiful as I imagined, and I had the best time exploring. I was lucky enough to experience both Santorni and Mykonos, and highly suggest it! Both had amazing views and things to do, but the vibes are a little different. Mykonos is a little younger and livelier, whereas Santorini is more romantic and quiet. Of course, the meals were delicious in both cities!

This stunning scene took my breath away. I couldn’t resist getting a good shot of the Greece horizon.

2. Bali, Indonesia

I feel like Bali is on everyone’s bucket list, and honestly rightfully so lol. It is the best place to go when you want to really zen out, relax, and restore. What’s unique is that it has both the tropical forest and beaches, so you get the best of both worlds. There are also tons of cute cafes and restaurants with incredible options. Bali’s biggest perk is that it is super affordable! I would recommend going for at least 10 days due to the long travel time and jet lag. Don’t miss the Bali Swing!

3. Zanzibar, Tanzania

Zanzibar is a breathtaking island in Tanzania with some of the most stunning beaches in Africa. I enjoyed snorkeling, relaxing at the ocean, and shopping at the local markets for art and unique pieces. It is also super reasonably priced, and such a special vacation spot.

The crystal blue ocean in Zanzibar is the perfect place to pose for your new Instagram pic, lol

4. Tulum, Mexico

I know you probably think Tulum is overrated at this point, because everyone talks about it. But there’s a reason! It definitely lives up to the hype. It’s relaxing, has great beaches, amazing restaurants, and it’s fun!

I’ll never get tired of the views in Tulum. One of the best places to get away!

5. Negril, Jamaica

My top five wouldn’t be complete without Negril, Jamaica! I’ve been going since I was 14, and I’ve been five times because I love it so much. It has positive vibes, beautiful beaches, and of course, great music. It also has the absolute best food! It’s the perfect place to get away.

The beaches in Negril are so relaxing. Maybe I need another vacation there soon!
